Privacy

 Policy: Our client’s privacy is important to us and maintaining their trust and confidence is a high priority. Lawyers have been and continue to be bound by stringent professional standards of confidentially.  In order to guard nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.

Procedures: Network access controls are in place to prevent unauthorized individuals access to the network and confidential information

• Active intrusion program detection, anti-virus, firewall, and spam filtering software is maintained on all systems
• Daily backups of the system are conducted and maintained off site
• All confidential documents containing nonpublic information are shredded daily on site by an employee of the law firm
• Physical files are maintained in a private storage facility
• Archived files are destroyed off site in the presence of an administrative employee of the law firm
• Passwords for computer access and wire transfers are assigned to individuals and are not shared
• All employees are made aware of confidentiality and privacy policies
• Personal information about current or former clients is never disclosed to anyone, except as expressly authorized by the individual client
• A partner monitors the access to information of online third party service providers
